THE MINOAR REPRESENT PROJECT
The designers of the fashion brand "Minoar" Teodora Spasova and Ioan Galabov created the project "MINOAR REPRESENT", which aims to unite socially diverse areas of art and culture related to aesthetic concepts. The project will take place in a series of events in the concept space of the Minoar's official store.
Each guest author was presented with a thematic installation created by the creative team of the Minoar Concept Store, uniting stylistically the aesthetic and emotional feeling of the objects presented in the space.
In the period from 01 - 07.11.2021, Minoar Concept Store welcomes its first guest - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yana Kostadinova.
Within 7 days, customers and friends of the avant-garde style managed to find unique limited designer jewelry presented in a thematic artistic installation within the concept space presented through a thematic artistic installation created by the creative team of the Minoar Concept Store. The installation enhances the feeling of brutalistic style and emphasizes the character of the author's jewelry, uniting them aesthetically in the space.
The philosophy behind Yana Kostadinova's 13 avant-garde jewelry pieces, have a clear semiotic system of tones and shapes, which can be seen in a magnetic and mysterious collection of necklaces. Every detail woven into the graphic accessories plays its dissonant or harmonizing role, every gesture, stroke, rhythm or pause has its specific place.
Creating beauty from ruin by forming pieces of volcanic pebbles in jewelry is like controlling the chaos. And the molded decorative elements of cellulose paste imitating frozen lava demonstrates an expression of taming the natural element in shape. The end result - 13 graphic necklaces vibrating in an elegant rhythm and harmonious sequence.
