A message for modernity and distinction, culture and intelligence, originality and sense of humour – this is just a little part from the menu of the new issue of our e-magazine Fashion Lifestyle Magazine. Our stand about fashion is that one should not be a slave to fashion! Anyhow, each season has its fashion, fashion direction or trend. But what is important to know about this summer’s style is the key word “transparency”. More freedom, more sex appeal, more transparent fabrics, more experiments – these are only part of the recommendations of fashion houses such as Yves Saint Laurent, Nina Ricci, Roberto Cavalli among others. Soft and seductive silhouette, hair loosened and skilful prints will be some of the accents in the summer fashion 2009.

How will fashion design manage to survive without the active an innovative intervention of the new generations? Recently some young Bulgarian designers – students from the National Academy of Arts, showed their talent and courage to break the rules in creating clothes. The proof was the National final of the „Triumph Inspiration Award” 2009 competition, which you can read more about in our new issue. There is also information about the winner Iskren Lozanov.

Why does Pamela Anderson think that “sexy” is a classical category, which competes with eternity and what prize did Frida Giannini (the new Gucci chief designer) receive? These are other appetizing and curious bytes in our newest editorial menu. And more: it is known that shoes reveal man as well as clothes, jewels, hats, scarves and gloves. The art and the craftsmanship of one of the greatest shoemakers in the world is an undisputable proof of the importance of the accessories, of their role in the entire construction of the outlook and the formation of a refined, perfect and adequate style. But who is Salvatore Ferragamo? What made him so hugely successful? How did he win the attention and interest of the most beautiful women in the world? What is the formula of the perfect design of the shoes, created by him? In 1938, he introduced the wedge. Out of desire to experiment, or just because of economic restrictions, he used lace and raw silk, taffeta and satin, raffia, braids and synthetic materials including nylon. In 1947 he used transparent nylon fibres to make his famous invisible sandals. Shell-shaped shoes, bow-shaped shoes and the multicoloured clogs were a small part of his numerous patents. He patented shoes and bags made of crocodile skin.

Getting acquainted with the article about one of the most famous shoemakers of all times will certainly charge you with wisdom about the unusual history and contemporaneity of fashion.

We believe that the other articles and photos about cosmetics and body, love, sex and family and the contemporary fashion icons will surely grab your attention. The new issue of our e-magazine is already on your desktops – it is dynamic, fresh and different as fashion itself. Read it, enjoy it, but do not save some critics and recommendations. You can also comment what you have read. Write to us!
