ALANYA OR THE ORIENTAL VERSION OF MONACO

The season of the vacations has almost come. The summer sun increases the wish of the people for sea, beaches and carefree relax. The proposal of Fashion Lifestyle Magazine for exotic destination, where you can spend one different and uforgettable summer, this time is Alanya.

This little peace of heaven is situated in Turkey at the beach of the Mediterranean sea. Alanya strongly remembers of the principality of Monaco and brings a similar aristocratical feeling and athmosphere. The difference is that the Turkish health resort is far more accessible in financial respect from the city-country. This is one of the reasons, because of those in Alanya are built more than 10 thousand residences of citizens from whole Europe. The city develops with many high rates, and the tourists increase progressively with every passed year.

Alanya is situated at a little peninsula in the Mediterranean sea, under the mountain Taurus. Because of its strategic place, in the past it was a fortress of many empires – Ptolemy, Byzantine, Roman and Ottoman. Till today are kept the remains of the fortified walls and of the palace in Alanya, that transformed in an architectural heritage of Turkey. The historical signs of the coastal settlement attract many tourists every year, and the view from the citadel is impressive - endless turquoise sea in the south and high mountain hills in the north.

In Alanya exists as ancient, as contemporary part; the city is a combination from antique cobbles streets and luxurious hotels and restaurants. Especially impessive is the port of the heath resort, where expensive yachts were laied, together with small fishing boats and huge ships.
The beaches in Alanya are clean, shure and calm. In the health resort the temperature is high, but it is not so reducing to ashes, because the humidity is also comparatively high. Alanya is covered with flowers, areas of greeneries and palm trees. It is situated quite souther from the rest Turkish health resorts, that means longer season with duration from May to November. In the health resort has many restaurants, that are famous with their good cooking. Here is offered as Turkish, as international dishes, as Chinese, Thailand and many others dishes. The beach bars and disco clubs are situated at the whole coastal line and they offer party till the morning. In the health resort there are as lively public beaches, as calmer distant beach places.

Alanya is full with shops and cafes, where you can spend your free time. The entertainments are many and various – 3D cinema, bowling, karting track, sailboarding, paraplanerism and what not else.

The combination of natural treasures and historical signs transforms Alanya in one exotic destination that offers perfect conditions for the perfect summer vacation.
