ISLA MODA – THE LUXURY TOY OF RICH PEOPLE

For the fashion maniacs in all over the world this is like a dream come true – the first island, wholly devoted to the fashion and just in the United Arab Emirates.

“Isla Moda” or “The island of the fashion” is an initiative that is evaluated at billion of dollars. It will be part of the unique work, called “The world” that is built in this moment in Dubai – an artificial archipelago in the shape of the map of the world.

Many people define “Isla Moda” as the debut of Dubai in “the building” of the haute couture. The island will include a health resort, topical fashion villas, top boutiques and other luxurious comforts.

The most famous fashion designers whose names are still kept in secret will project the design of different parts of the island. For now it is clear that Karl Lagerfeld will take care of the interior fitting of the luxurious residences. The entrepreneurs of “Dubai Infinity Holdings” are convinced that the island will reassert the positions of the emirate as one of the most attractive fashion and lifestyle destinations in the world. “We work with famous fashion houses, as with more untraditional designers, to create united dynamic background that will respond on the taste of our inhabitants and guests”, says Samira Abdulrazak, executive director of “Dubai Infinity Holdings”.

The luxury “Hotel Fashion” will dispose with 250 rooms and apartments. In its building will be situated also exclusive boutiques of the most famous and preferred designers and fashion houses. It is provided the construction of designer studios, as also special spaces, designed for celebrations and for special events. The aim of the entrepreneurs is “Isla Moda” to be transformed in a host of exclusive international events that will attract the top players in this business. “Isla Moda” will transform in attractive fashion destination for the whole Middle East and of course in centre for all big names in the branch”, says Abdulrazak.

The investors at the island of the fashion will have at their disposal a number of possibilities for choice – sea, royal or water villas, and also the so called “limited edition” villas, offering unique views, private beaches and pools. To the inhabitants is promised a first-class service. A special employee will watch and will guarantee that the home is a reincarnation of the good taste and it is well-appointed in the latest fashion. Another position that will appear at the island is a person responsible for the wardrobe. The fashion maniacs will choose all alone which designer will furnish their home.

One of the main privileges that receive the inhabitants of “Isla Moda” is the right to visit the exclusive fashion events, as to profit by the special services and products.

If we will see soon Kate Moss and the girls from “Sex and the city” with keys in their hands for their residences in “Isla Moda” – only the time will show... And also the price – it is between $15 and 50 million per villa.
