Every now and then we feel the need to detox. But have you wondered what is the right way to do it? In a few words, the whole process is thought to cleanse and rejuvenate your body, improve the circulation and metabolism, and strenghten the immune stystem. It can also improve the condition of your skin, hair and nails, as well as slow down the aging process. What you may not know, however, is that this process has physical benefits, too. A detox can improve your ability to cope with stress, clear your mind and lift your mood.

Our bodies are highly efficient machines and are constantly working to remove toxins from the circulations. But due to unhealthy diet, stress and late nights it is put under pressure. So regular exercising supported by a healthy diet and a frequent detox regime will bring your body back in good working order. It is also essential to drink plenty of water (at least 6-8 glasses a day) so that you replace the fluids you have lost through urination, sweating and defecation.
