**Designers and fashion houses showed their updated fashion proposals at “Summer Fashion Party 2019”

Maxim Behar, Niki Kanchev and Yuliana Doncheva presented Prof. Lubomir Stoykov’s new book "100 Meetings with Me". The three are the authors of the introductory words in the book which contains selected interviews with Prof. Stoykov, published in some of the best and most prestigious printed publications from the period of 1993 - 2018. The book's premiere took place during the traditional summer party of the Academy for Fashion - Summer Fashion Party 2019 on June 11th at Vitosha Park Hotel. The event on the occasion of the 65th birthday of the popular aesthete, journalist and favorite professor of several generations of students in journalism, public relations and fashion design, included a stylish fashion show. It was attended by Golden Needle winners by the Academy of Fashion, famous and established fashion brands, as well as students from the fashion specialty of Prof. Stoykov.

At the presentation of the unique work of the professor, Yuliana Doncheva pointed out that through him he put "colorful touches on the black and white controversial Bulgarian transition". In his speech, Maxim Behar noted that he can guarantee for three sure things - "the integrity, the professionalism and the clear expression of Professor Lubomir Stoykov, accompanied by a subtle sense of humor." Niki Kanchev was categorical that "Lubo Stoykov is an authority without being a dictator in fashion ... He puts the pillars, but he himself is an example of joy, style and taste."

A special message to the author was made by Professor Stati Statev, Rector of the University of National and World Economy. He presented Prof. Lubomir Stoykov with a statue of the founder and first rector of UNWE Prof. Stefan Bobchev - a small replica of the statue of Stefan Bobchev, located in the courtyard of the school, which is a symbol of the university and is respected by all the students and lecturers. Prof. Statev wished Prof. Lubomir Stoykov to continue the old-fashioned tradition of linking theory to practice and emphasizing his leading role in the Department of Media and Public Communications. "He is our doyen there, and when we have success, we owe him to a small extent to him!” Among the guests who honored the premiere of the book and the fashion show of the Academy of Fashion were colleagues from Prof. Lubomir Stoykov from the academic circles, as well as a number of business, culture, art and media representatives: Prof. Ivo Petrov (one of the best surgeons in the world), Prof. Milko Petrov, Prof. Zdravka Konstantinova, Prof. Ivaylo Hristov, Assoc. Emphasis in the fashion show for the Summer Fashion Party 2019 was the participation of the Golden Needle winners of the Academy for Fashion over the years: Jana Jekova, Sofia Borisova, Evgeniya Jivkova, Ivan Donev, Milka Alexandrova-Buchi, Axel Hardy, Radoslava Lazarova, Elena Zlateva, Teodora Spasova and Nikolay Bozhilov. The spectacle was opened with the collection "Ceremony" 2019 by the luxury fashion brand Desizo Monni, awarded with the Golden Needle 2019 Award for Fashion House of the Year. The ladies section began with up-to-date official and bridal offerings from Reflections collection of fashion house "Blink" with designer Radoslava Lazarova - "Best young designer" for 2019. Debut collection "Rebirth", inspired by the Bulgarian costume with elements from the Glagolitic and poems by Bulgarian poets, was presented by the young designer Marieta Kotova. Contemporary interpretation of the small black dress with elements of Bulgarian embroidery and special symbolism presented the fashion brand "Meme More" by author Veneta Raykova.

Antonia Stoyanova, designer of fashion house Imane showed clothes from the summer collection of the brand, which reflects the latest fashion trends. Fresh proposals from the "Island of tranquility" collection were presented by Dilyana Mateeva, designer of Art.Look. Winner of Golden Needle 2019 for Fashion Innovation - Axel Hardy - showed a collection of original knitwear - Passionate Summer, especially prepared for the show of the Summer Fashion Party 2019. The Banderol fashion house with designers Desislava and Nikola Karadamyanovi showed their latest fashion proposals designs from the Inspiration 2019 collection. The "Love in Paris" Bridal Collection was presented by "Victoria Bridal Studio", an exclusive representative of Victoria Soprano Group. Among the students of Prof. Lubomir Stoykov from the National Academy of Art, specializing in fashion, who presented their own works were: Irina Matov (Serbia), Ivana Stamenov (Serbia), Alexandra Kostadinosa (Macedonia), David Stoyanovski (Macedonia), Tao Zinyu (China), Rima Yunis (Israel), Mirela Zarkova, Laura Lilova, Maria Rupova, Karina Aleksieva and Yoana Shishkova. Host of the event was the charming Geri Doncheva, dressed in a charming black dress by fashion house "Blink".

The preparation and choreography of the show was performed by Boyan Karaivanov. MAC Cosmetics and hairdressers Nadezhda Radeva and Nikolay Tonev were responsible for the makeup and vision of the models and the host. At the end of the event Prof. Lubomir Stoykov handed out the first autographs to the most impatient people who bought his new book, and the guests enjoyed a cocktail with the wines of Midalidare Estate, the culinary suggestions of "Rai Catering" and the delightful desserts of Nedelya pastry shops. Summer Fashion Party 2019 was organized with the kind courtesy of: Vitosha Park Hotel, Martini, Desizo Monni, Midalidare Estate, Agressia, Nedelya, MAC Cosmetics, Hair Box, Beauty club and Rai Catering.

Prof. Lubomir Stoykov will present his latest book "100 Meetings with Me" during the traditional Summer Party by the Academy of Fashion in the beginning of June in Vitosha Park Hotel. The premiere of the book and the fashion show for Summer Fashion Party 2019 are the occasion of the 65th birthday of the popular journalist and favorite professor of several generations of students in journalism, public relations and fashion design. Attending will be winners of the prestigious Golden Needle award by the Academy of Fashion, famous and established fashion brands, as well as Prof Stoykov’s students from the Fashion discipline.
